<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve arrangement balance of a plurality of conductive members in a radial direction and an axial direction of a stator and to improve a degree of freedom in arrangement of the plurality of conductive members while size enlargement is avoided in a rotary electric machine having the plurality of conductive members having circular or arc base portions and terminal portions extended from the base portions by electrically connecting coil terminals extended from a coil that the stator has. <P>SOLUTION: Base portions 31a, 32a and 33a which are a part of the plurality of conductive members 31, 32, 33 and 34 are installed to be arranged along the radial direction of the stator on a plane crossing an axis line of the stator.
