<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in a conventional ball tap, it takes a certain time before a flow rate gradually decreases on the final stage of the water stopping and the water stops completely, and during this period, the sound of water dropping continues because a floating ball extremely slowly rises on the final stage of the water stopping. <P>SOLUTION: A rise of the floating ball on the final stage of the water stopping is instantaneously performed, and thereby, the sound of water dropping is prevented from continuing for a certain time.
