<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kind of confectionery looking cool in summer, feeling delicious, and eatable while talking in a noisy manner together. <P>SOLUTION: This kind of confectionery is obtained by the following process: water is put onto a saucer 1 like a bowl; followed by freezing the water by loading the water put onto the saucer in a refrigerator; when the water is slightly frozen, it is unloaded from the refrigerator to effect icing very thinly on the circumference of the saucer 1; on taking the thin ice off the saucer 1, an ice dome 2 is made; when the ice dome 2 thus made is then inverted and covers the saucer 1 containing jelly 3 therein, the objective kind of confectionery covered with the ice dome 2 is finished. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
