<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve power control corresponding to switching of a state of a lighting fixture for vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A discharge lamp lighting circuit 100 supplies power to a discharge lamp 226 used as a light source of a headlight unit which can switch between a high beam state and a low beam state which is different from a light distribution pattern of the high beam state by a light distribution changer. The discharge lamp lighting circuit 100 contains a lighting control circuit 10, a starter circuit 20, and an inverter circuit 30. The lighting control circuit 10 performs control to increase power supplied to the discharge lamp 226 according to switching to the high beam state from the low beam condition in the headlight unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
