<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a variation in size of a composite rubber material when a color rubber material and a coating rubber material coating it are extruded from a multilayer rubber extruder to form the composite rubber material constituting a tire. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer rubber extruder 1 has a color rubber material extruder 2 extruding the color rubber material, a coating rubber material extruder 3 extruding the coating rubber material, a gear pump 4, and a crosshead 5. The color rubber material extruded from the color rubber material extruder 2 is fed in the crosshead 5 through the gear pump 4, and the coating rubber material extruded from the coating rubber material extruder 3 is fed in the crosshead. The crosshead 5 extrudes the composite rubber material 6 consisting of the color rubber material coated with the coating rubber material.
