FOREIGN MATTER-REMOVING SYSTEM IN TREATMENT TANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter-removing system in a treatment tank capable of removing efficiently and inexpensively extremely fine foreign matter contained in treatment liquid in the treatment tank.

SOLUTION: This foreign matter-removing system includes: a recovery part for upper and middle layers, for recovering treatment liquid containing foreign matter having a small specific gravity; a second cyclone device 23 for separating the treatment liquid from the upper and middle layers into filtrate and foreign matter; and a treatment liquid filtration device 50 for filtering further the filtrate from the second cyclone device 23 and refluxing it into the treatment tank. The treatment liquid filtration device 50 includes: a housing 52 communicated with a filtrate discharge port 23b of the second cyclone device 23 through a supply pipe 54 comprising a straight line pipe; a lid member 64 mounted on the upper surface of the housing 52; and a brush 66 mounted on the lid member 64 detachably and coaxially with the supply pipe 54.
