The present invention relates to an instrument for inserting an intraocular lens into an eyeball, comprising: a cylinder in which a plunger for passing the intraocular lens through to guide the same into the eyeball is connected inside; a connection block integrated at the front end of the cylinder, having a "?"-shaped protruding vertical section; a cartridge comprising first and second intraocular lens seat units having a semicircular vertical section, connected to the connection block, having first and second wing portions able to fold into each other, and formed at the region in which the first and second wing portions are connected to each other, and a truncated cone-shaped guide portion extended to the second seat unit in the side direction, in which a guide channel having a circular section corresponding to the combined shape of the first and second seat units is formed; and a cover member detachably connected and fixed to the connection block in a manner of being laminated and inserted together with the second wing portion of the cartridge. |
