<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To boost a voltage applied to winding and to regenerate a current flowing in the winding in a capacitative element and a power supply. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage is applied to the winding, the current flowing in the winding returns and the current flowing in the winding is regenerated by turning on/off switching elements S<SB POS="POST">1a</SB>and S<SB POS="POST">2a</SB>.
