<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor, a lens module and a camera module which can be used as a both sides sensor, and can form an extraction electrode even when wafer lenses are stuck on the both sides, while suppressing cost increase. <P>SOLUTION: The optical sensor 10 comprises: a sensor substrate 11 which has a first light-receiving face 111 formed on a front side and a second light-receiving face 112 formed on a rear side, and can form images of a subject on the first light-receiving face and the second light-receiving face; a first color filter 12 arranged on the first light-receiving face side; a second color filter 13 arranged on the second light-receiving surface side; and a transparent support plate 14 which is optically transparent, and supports the first light-receiving surface side through the first color filter.
