<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell device in which various factors for enhancing photoelectric conversion efficiency are improved in order to obtain a solar cell device having an enhanced photoelectric conversion efficiency, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the solar cell device of semiconductor, a group IV element on the periodic table, its compound or a mixture containing any of them is added. The method of manufacturing a solar cell device of semiconductor comprises the steps of: doping a semiconductor wafer before a diffusion process with a group IV element on the periodic table, its compound or a mixture containing any of them from the surface layer becoming the light receiving surface side; and repairing crystal damage by annealing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
