<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic induction generation device having high generation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: An electrostatic induction generation device 1 includes: a diaphragm 30 as a movable electrode; electrets 60 and 70 arranged on both sides of the diaphragm 30; and a case member having an upper case 10 and a lower case 20. An outer edge of the diaphragm 30 is fixed entirely or partially by the case member. A central part 36 of the diaphragm 30, which faces the electrets 60 and 70, vibrates in a direction perpendicular to the electrets 60 and 70. The vibration of the diaphragm 30 induces charge transfer between the electrets 60 and 70 and the diaphragm 30, thereby allowing efficient power generation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
