<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bending a metal material, which can easily bend the metal material, and to provide an antenna coil formed with the method. <P>SOLUTION: A method for bending a metal material of the present invention is a method for bending a metal material, which bends a flat-shaped metal material a plurality of times and forms a coil-shaped metal material. The method includes: a first step of pressing a bending determination plate 20 by using a first bending punch 31, and bending a metal material 10 sandwiched between the bending determination plate 20 and a pedestal 27 so that a bent angle of the metal material 10 is approximately 90°; a second step of pressing a bending base 22 by using a second bending punch 32, and bending the metal material 10 sandwiched between the bending determination plate 20 and the bending base 22 so that the bent angle of the metal material 10 is 90° or more; a third step of pressing the metal material 10 to the bending determination plate 20 by using a third bending punch 33, and bending the metal material 10 so that the bent angle of the metal material 10 is approximately 180°; and a step of cutting a terminal end part of the metal material 10 by using a cutting punch 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
