<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a switch circuit device based on a conventional technique generating a leak current in a driver circuit when the driver circuit inputs a high-frequency signal with a large amplitude between an antenna terminal and a port, so that the power consumption of the switch circuit device increases. <P>SOLUTION: A leak current suppression circuit section is provided at an output section of the driver circuit. A switch circuit device according to the present invention allows the leak current suppression circuit section to suppress intrusion of a high-frequency signal; therefore, the driver circuit can hold an output state, thus solving the problem of a leak current. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
