<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically select an appropriate template matching a user's attributes. <P>SOLUTION: A document delivery system includes a document delivery apparatus and an authentication apparatus connected via a network together. The authentication apparatus includes authentication means for providing authentication using user authentication information received from the document delivery apparatus, and storage means for storing user attribute information. The document delivery apparatus includes: storage means for storing one or more templates for delivery flows including attribute information; authentication means for requesting the authentication apparatus to authenticate a user and acquiring the attribute information of the authenticated user; search means for searching for templates stored in the storage means whose attribute information matches the acquired user's attribute information; and display control means for controlling the display of templates found. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
