<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride resin composition having improved resistance against hot water whitening. <P>SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride resin composition contains, relative to 100 pts.mass of vinyl chloride resin, 0.01-10 pts.mass of zinc-modified hydrotalcite (a) and 0.01-10 pts.mass of an acrylic processing aid (b) having a weight-average molecular weight of 200,000-7,000,000.
