<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure and indicate power consumption correctly. <P>SOLUTION: The range is adjusted by controlling on/off of the conduction state of a plurality of resistors Ra, Rb, Rc provided in an amplification circuit 48 by means of switches S1, S2.
