SOLID WATER-IN-OIL EMULSIFIED COSMETIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic, which gives freshness and coolness on use.

SOLUTION: The solid water-in-oil emulsified cosmetic includes (1) 12-hydroxystearic acid and (2) acylated phytosterol. Preferably, the 12-hydroxystearic acid is included by 0.5-5.0 mass% in the cosmetic, and the acylated phytosterol is included by 0.5-5.0 mass% in the whole cosmetic. The acylated phytosterol is preferably phytosterol isostearate.
