<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since it is necessary to use a color measurement instrument configured of special configurations in order to measure the spectral radiation luminance factor of fluorescence in a sample, an extremely large number of man-hours are spent. <P>SOLUTION: As for a sample containing a fluorescent substance, spectral reflection factors 1402 and 1403 are obtained by performing two types of varied-angle measurement by using a general color measurement instrument under a white light source. Then, in a long wavelength area outside the fluorescent wavelength area of the sample, a rate n of the spectral reflection factor 1402 to the spectral reflection factor 1403 is calculated. Then, a difference 1404 between a spectral reflection factor 1401 as the result of multiplication of the spectral reflection factor 1403 by the rate n and the spectral reflection factor 1402 is calculated. This difference 1404 is divided by a value calculated by subtracting 1 from the rate n so that it is possible to calculate the spectral reflection factor, that is, spectral radiation luminance factor of fluorescence in the sample. Thus, it is possible to efficiently estimate the spectral radiation luminance factor of the fluorescence in the sample only by performing varied-angle measurement two times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
