<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition containing an isocyanate group-containing urethane prepolymer, and to provide a primer, wherein waterproof adhesiveness is improved as well as adhesiveness after curing is excellent. <P>SOLUTION: The curable composition contains an isocyanate group-containing urethane prepolymer (A) as a curable component, wherein the isocyanate group-containing urethane prepolymer (A) is obtained by reacting a variant (a-1) of an aliphatic diisocyanate compound or a mixture (a-2) of the variant (a-1) and other isocyanate compound with a hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylic copolymer (b).
