PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give notice of control information required for uplink MIMO transmission while reducing overhead.

SOLUTION: A communication control method includes steps of: generating a UL grant having a PMI/RI field and one-bit field for a non-transmission/replacement flag indicating a transport block not to be transmitted and whether or not there is replacement of control information between two transport blocks according to the value of the PMI/RI field; transmitting a downlink control channel signal including this UL grant to a mobile station device; and determining a transport block not to be transmitted and whether or not there is replacement of control information between two transport blocks based on this non-transmission/replacement flag of the UL grant.
