摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film with high conductivity having excellent device physical properties when used as an electrode of an organic electronic device, a manufacturing method of the same, and the organic electronic device such as an organic thin-film solar cell with high power generation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent conductive film 10 comprises: a support medium 12; a conductive mesh 14 disposed on the support medium 12; a first conductive polymer layer 16 disposed at an opening 20 of the conductive mesh 14 and on the conductive mesh 14 while being brought into contact with the conductive mesh 14; and a second conductive polymer layer 18 having volume resistivity higher than volume resistivity of the first conductive polymer layer 16 and disposed on the first conductive polymer layer 16.
