<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indicator detection device, a position detection sensor and a method for manufacturing the position detection sensor which can enhance transmission characteristics of a signal of a conductor for detection, when a position is detected in an area including an end of a transmission area. <P>SOLUTION: The position detection sensor 100 includes: a first glass substrate 15; a transmission conductor group 12 including a plurality of transparent conductors arranged on one surface of the first glass substrate 15; a reception conductor group 14 including a plurality of transparent conductors arranged in the direction crossing the transmission conductor group 12; a signal detection circuit 34 or the like which detects a signal generated in the reception conductor group 14 on the basis of position indication by an indicator 300; and a metal wiring pattern 11C arranged on the surface of a section included in a non-transmission area of the transmission conductor group 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
