<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus or the like capable of easily setting the time. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a communication apparatus capable of communicating between a portable terminal 1 and an electronic device 3 to which time information can be set.
