<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing or a frame of an acoustic unit to which a speaker is attached or a speaker frame in which connection strength of legs and strength of the whole legs are secured without affecting other peripheral members and a diaphragm and air resistance of a back side of the diaphragm can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A speaker frame 50 includes: an inner circular portion 60 to which a magnetic circuit portion is attached, an outer circular portion 70 which has a larger diameter than the inner circular portion 60 and to which an edge of the diaphragm is attached; and a plurality of legs 80 coupling the inner circular portion 60 to the outer circular portion 70. The leg 80 has a narrow portion 83 whose width is narrower than an end portion 81 on the inner circular portion side and an end portion 82 on the outer circular portion side between the end portion 81 on the inner circular portion side and the end portion 82 on the outer circular portion side.
