<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus which can obtain a polarization characteristic image by predetermined polarization characteristic and display identifiably an expression tissue from a lesion or the like, and to provide an endoscopic diagnosis device. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscope apparatus which has an insertion part inserted in a subject includes: a first optical fiber in which illuminating light is guided to the distal end of the insertion part; a first polarizer which allows one polarized light in a polarization state emitted from the illuminating light guided to the distal end of the insertion part by the first optical fiber to pass; and first polarization modulation means for sequentially generating three kinds or four kinds of polarized lights in different polarization states which are modulated from polarized lights passing the first polarizer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
