<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matte powder coating composition good in weatherability, excellent in cost, capable of forming a two-layered coated film by one-coat coating, exhibiting low cost and step saving, and being of highly weather-resistive layer separation type. <P>SOLUTION: The layer separation type matte powder coating composition is obtained by melting and kneading a mixture containing (A) a fluororesin, (B) a polyester resin, (C) a pigment, (D) a crosslinking resin particle, (E) an epoxy resin and (F) an isocyanate compound, and cooling and then pulverizing the mixture. By melting and curing the powder coating, the (A) fluororesin and the (B) polyester resin are not compatibilized and separated into layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
