<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a porous carbon material having a high electron conductivity and a large specific surface area. <P>SOLUTION: A bulky porous carbon raw material having an average density of 0.4-0.8 g/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>is activated with sodium hydroxide as an alkaline activator to thereby produce a bulky porous carbon material having a specific surface area of ≥900 m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/g and an average density of ≥0.2 g/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
