<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that prevents a time for reading data from being increased due to influence of coupling noises between wires. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes: a plurality of memory cell arrays arranged in a predetermined direction; a plurality of bit lines for reading data stored in a plurality of memory elements; a sense amplifier section which amplifies a potential on a selected bit line and a potential reverse to the above potential, outputs a data signal to a direction different from a predetermined direction, and outputs a data inversion signal to a direction opposite to the direction in which the data signal is output; a data output circuit which outputs data based on the data signal and the data inversion signal to the outside; and a plurality of local signal lines for transmitting the data signal and the data inversion signal to the data output circuit, which are arranged in parallel in a predetermined direction. Each two adjacent local signal lines of the plurality of local signal lines are alternately switched in terms of the position in a direction perpendicular to the predetermined direction at predetermined intervals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
