<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing system that is capable of detecting a symptom of abnormality so as to broaden safety and availability of a system. <P>SOLUTION: A prediction circuit (PRDCT) is adopted for detecting a symptom of abnormality based on a cumulative history of phenomena of interest in a process of CPUs (CPU 0, CPU 1). The prediction circuit corresponds the CPUs with information at a latest notification timing of periodic notification from the CPUs and stores the information, obtains an elapsed time from the latest notification timing for each predetermined period, corresponds the CPUs with history information according to change in the elapsed time for a target value and successively stores the information, and determines that there is a symptom of abnormality by detecting an amount of the stored history information reaching a predetermined threshold value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
