<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high sealing property and fixing force without generating perforation defects on a tube in a temperature sensor configured by welding an annular metal fitting and the tube so that sealing in a vertical direction between the inner peripheral surface of a tube inserting hole of the annular metal fitting and the outer peripheral surface of the tube including an element is held. <P>SOLUTION: A tube 11 comprises an annular flange 16 projected to the outside on the outer peripheral surface 15 of a predetermined position in the vertical direction of the tube 11 and forming an annular shape in the peripheral direction. The annular flange 16 is superposed on an annular end face 68 on the rear end 64 side of the tube inserting hole 67 in the annular metal fitting 61 and welded to the annular end face 68 on an outer peripheral end 16a side portion of the annular flange 16. Consequently, the annular flange of the tube 11 can be sufficiently fused and welded without fusing a pipe wall too much, so that the sealing property and fixing force can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
