<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enhancing agent for effectiveness of an organic deodorant component, which includes a compound effectively enhancing the effectiveness of the organic deodorant component, and can be used without anxiety. <P>SOLUTION: The enhancing agent for the effectiveness of the organic deodorant component contains green leaf alcohol as a compound which enhances the deodorant effect of the organic deodorant component, the organic deodorant component including one or two plant extracts selected from a persimmon extract, tea extract and grapefruit seed extract which contain plant polyphenol.
