<p>Disclosed are a bearer release method and a serving gateway. The method comprises: a Serving Gateway (SGW) receiving a release access bearer request message from a Mobility Management Entity (MME), the release access bearer request being used for requesting release of an S1 interface of a user equipment; the SGW deleting a stored S1-U tunnel endpoint identifier corresponding to the user equipment and an address of a base station; and the SGW returning a release access bearer request response message to the MME, and informing a Packet Data Network Gateway (PGW) of information of the release of the S1 interface. The present invention can ensure accuracy of charging, reduce time delay, and improve user experience.</p> |
