The electronic component has an inner dielectric sheet made of primary dielectric material, and an outer dielectric sheet made of secondary dielectric material. The outer dielectric sheet is partially in contact with the inner dielectric sheet. The primary dielectric material possesses larger dielectric constant than the secondary dielectric material. The primary dielectric material is made of aluminum oxide, polyvinylidene fluoride and polyamide. The secondary dielectric material is made of PTFE and polyetheretherketone.
