PURPOSE: A gearshift detent apparatus is provided to reduce noise by applying a straight speed change control pattern. CONSTITUTION: A speed change moving body(1) is controlled and moved by a user. A speed change fixed body provides a fixed position to the speed change moving body. A fixed magnet(5) is arranged on the speed change fixed body. A mobile magnet(7) exchanges magnetic force lines between the fixed magnet and the mobile magnet. The mobile magnet is arranged on the speed change moving body.
