PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board which is capable of easily reducing electrostatic damage occurring in electronic parts which are mounted on a printed circuit board, in a manufacturing process without providing an additional part or pattern. SOLUTION: In the printed circuit board; a cutout 1-1 is provided to the outer peripheral region of a printed board unit piece, and the unit piece end (e.g. 2-1 in figure) of a connection lead for connecting the printed board unit pieces together is disposed so as to be included in the cutout 1-1. That is, a region (e.g. 1-2 in figure) is previously provided where a cutout is formed, and the connection lead which connects the circuit board unit pieces together is formed so as to cross over the region. Furthermore, two or more of the cutouts 1-1 may be formed according to the number of the unit piece ends of the connection lead. Or, wiring may be installed so as to enable a single cutout to contain two or more of the unit piece ends of the connection lead.
