The device has a movable element (8) i.e. plate, on which a photometric device (1) i.e. daytime light device, is installed, where movement of the element is dependent on control of another photometric device (2) i.e. nighttime light device. The former photometric device has a light source comprising LEDs (14), where the former photometric device is in the form of a lighting unit. The lighting unit has a support (13) receiving the source, where the support is formed by a printed circuit and a light guide. The latter photometric device is in the form of a headlight (5).
