The invention relates to a construction of fixing and safeguarding of permanent magnets which are inserted in a rotor of a synchronous motor for run-in momentum increase and also for improving the effectiveness of such a motor. Magnets (5) are freely inserted into the rotor grooves (3) and their axial movement is at least on one side of the rotor core (1) limited with an internal snap-in ring (6) inserted in a snap-in ring (6) optionally a spring washer (7) adapted groove (10) where the groove (10) is in a part of a cage in front of the grooves for the magnets (5).
