<p>The meter has a base module (MS) equipped with a metering connection interface (ICC), and a metering module (MC) equipped with a connection interface (IMS) that is connected to the base module by the metering connection interface. A set of electrical components e.g. voltage sensor, executes non-intelligent functions (FNI) with a permanent character and is installed in the base module.
