PURPOSE: An unwinding apparatus of a bobbin for a cover is provided to improve the usage convenience by easily spreading a reflective film or a vinyl sheet on the ground. CONSTITUTION: An unwinding apparatus of a bobbin for a cover comprises the following: a body(10) including a fixing ring(11) for mounting the bobbin, and a bearing(12); an extension unit(20) including a through-hole(21) for connecting a string on one end of the bearing for transferring, and a handle; a wheel(30) installed on one side of the body; a fixing unit(40) receiving returning force from an elastic body(41) inside the body, and preventing the separation of the bobbin; a saw blade unit(43) formed around a hinge shaft(42) on one side of the fixing unit; and a pushing unit(44) exposed from the body on the opposite side of the fixing unit.
