PURPOSE: A functional food packaging laminated film, and a producing method thereof are provided to prevent the decrease of the transparency and the tensile force of the film by mixing the conventional food packaging laminated film with a functional component. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a functional food packaging laminated film comprises the following steps: removing harmful heavy metal foreign materials from tourmaline, and mounting the tourmaline to silica to obtain silica tourmaline; spreading silver to the silica tourmaline to obtain silica-nano silver; inserting the obtained functional component into a functional component tank of a sprayer(13); spraying CPP and PE from a functional resin solution tank(11) as a CPP film and a PE film(12); spraying the functional component to a cooling roller(16) during a producing process of a first laminated film(10), for attaching the functional component to the CPP film and the PE film; and attaching the functional component to the surface of the CPP film and the PE film to obtain a second laminated film(15).
