PURPOSE: A pumping device of a press tool is provided to control pressure steadily because a motor stops if the RPM(Revolution Per Minute) of the motor is drastically changed. CONSTITUTION: A pumping device of a press tool comprises a driving unit(100), a driving force transmitting unit(200), an oil transferring unit(300), and an encoder(400). A motor(110) of the driving unit generates rotational driving force to pump up oil in an oil tank(20) into a cylinder(10). The driving force transmitting unit converts the rotational driving force to a reciprocating motion. The oil transferring unit in a state of installing in the cylinder is connected to the driving force transmitting unit. The oil transferring unit is reciprocated by the driving force from the driving force transmitting unit and pumps up the oil of the oil tank into the cylinder. An encoder measures the RPM of the motor. The encoder makes the motor stop if internal pressure of the cylinder is decreased and the RPM of the motor is drastically changed by discharging the oil from the cylinder to the oil tank after reaching the internal hydraulic pressure of the cylinder to the pre-set pressure. |
