PURPOSE: A drainage system of a building is provided to improve structural durability and reduce manufacturing costs by omitting a waterproof material. CONSTITUTION: A drainage system of a building comprises a PC slab(100), a PC beam(200), and a PC post(300). The PC slab comprises a panel(110), a plurality of support ribs, and a support rib. A plurality of support ribs is formed in the lower part of the panel. The support rib is in the width direction one-side end of the panel. A L-shaped cogged joint(131) is formed in the support rib. The PC beam has a beam main body(210) of rectangular face and a drain groove(220). The beam main body of the rectangular face has a plurality of buried bars(211) so that the PC slab can be thrown on in the upper side of the beam main body. The post main body is stood up in a foundation(F) in order to support the PC beam.
