An analysis apparatus ( 100 ) is provided with a storage tank ( 10 ), an injection nozzle ( 20 ), a syringe ( 21 ), a collection nozzle ( 22 ), a test sample tank ( 25 ), a microchip ( 30 ) having two or more separation channels ( 31 ), detectors ( 40 ), a waste liquid tank ( 58 ), a controller, and a power supply. The collection nozzle ( 22 ) collects a specimen ( K1 ) which becomes a test sample ( K2 ) from a test sample container ( 23 ) housing the specimen ( K1 ), and transfers the specimen ( K1 ) to the test sample tank ( 25 ). The separation channels ( 31 ) separate characteristic components contained in the test sample ( K2 ). The injection nozzle ( 20 ) is distanced from the collection nozzle ( 22 ) and injects the test sample ( K2 ) from the test sample tank ( 25 ) into the separation channels. The detectors ( 40 ) detect the separated characteristic components in the separation channels ( 31 ). |
