<p>This application describes compositions of receptor inhibitors, including typical antipsychotic agents, for example haloperidol, and methods of use for treating clinical signs or symptoms of Parkinson's disease. Furthermore, this application describes compositions and methods to induce supersensitivity in dopamine D2 and other receptors involved in Parkinson's disease as a means of alleviating the clinical signs or symptoms of Parkinson's disease.</p> |
