PURPOSE: An exercise management system with an integrated sensor and a method thereof are provided to estimate oxygen intake by a measured data of a user exercising result, thereby calculating energy consumption by unit conversion of the oxygen intake. CONSTITUTION: A measuring device(110) measures biometric index and the amount of exercise with an integrated sensor. A terminal(120) receives a real-time measurement data from the measuring device on a regular time basis. The terminal estimates oxygen intake by the real-time measurement data. The terminal calculates energy consumption with the estimated oxygen intake. A server(130) prescribes an exercise plan based on a setup data and an analysis result.
