PURPOSE: An EPA product deposit refund system is provided to enable consumers to experience a good quality of service by allowing 30 day refund period after the service contract is terminated. CONSTITUTION: Product information is acquired(S100). Consumer is the purchase of the goods is disclosed (S200). A consumer begins to purchase the product(S200). An online/offline sale of the product is processed(S300). Education for an one-stop service of the product is processed in a branch(S400). A contract is terminated, and relating tasks are activated(S600). A refund for the purchased product is requested(S700). A deposit is refunded(S800). |
