PURPOSE:To uniformize the coating precision between elements by flattening the surface of powder received in a groove at the turning part of an endless belt protruded to the outside of a powder bed and passing the elements of the electronic parts through the inside of the powder. CONSTITUTION:A part of the endless belt 7 which receives powder and rotates is inserted into the powder bed P stored in the fluidized vessel 1 of coating powder. Powder is received in the groove 9 formed along the whole length of the endless belt on its surface side and the surface of the powder is flattened by a scraper 10. The elements 4 of electronic parts are moved in the direction tangential to the turning part 7a of the endless belt 7 protruded to the outside of the powder bed P in synchronization with the rotating speed of the endless belt 7. The element 4 is passed during traveling through the inside of the powder received in the groove 9 at the turning part 7a of the endless belt 7. Consequently, the successive elements 4 can be continuously coated and the coating precision between elements can be uniformized. |
