PURPOSE: A wave-dissipating unit is provided to protect a ship from an approaching facility of a ship when wave due to movement of the ship is generated. CONSTITUTION: A wave-dissipating unit(100) comprises a body unit(110), an elastic unit(130), a wave-dissipating unit(120), and a fixing unit(140). The body unit has a mesh form. The body unit comprises a frame unit(112) and a sliding unit(113). The frame unit is arranged outside a mesh unit(111). The sliding unit is formed on one end of the frame unit. The elastic unit is arranged in the body unit. The elastic unit supplies restoring force by forced applied from the outside. The wave-dissipating unit is fastened to one surface of the body unit. The fixing unit is fastened to one end of the body unit, and the sliding unit is inserted into the fixing unit and slides.
