PURPOSE: A system for driver's convenience and a method for controlling acceleration thereof are provided to ensure safety during driving. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling acceleration of a system for driver's convenience comprises: a step of measuring operation rate of a wiper mounted in a vehicle(S105); a step of determining whether the operation rate is over standard rate(S109); and a step of limiting the acceleration of the vehicle based on the level corresponding to the operation rate of the wiper.
