PURPOSE: Roll steamed bread having crunchy texture by frying, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the soft, chewy, and crunchy texture of the bread to users at the same time by frying the bread before steaming. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of roll steamed bread comprises the following steps: producing the bread skin; spreading contents on one surface of the bread skin in the fixed thickness; rolling the bread skin into a roll shape; steaming the rolled bread skin; frying the roll steamed bread with oil; and secondly steaming the roll steamed bread. The thickness of the steamed bread skin is 1-3mm, and contains flour and water. The contents include red bean jam, dumping stuffing, tangerine, chestnut, green tea, sugar, honey, strawberry, apple, grape, corn, peanut, orange, jujube, mushroom, or vegetables.
